This effort is to assist in openning doors to the greater world of who you are as well as others through Inter - Cultural Communications via the internet.
This blog and the associated website is based upon the principle of cultural democracy. What this means is that you the community - online ( because your are now using a computer to read this ) user has the means to impact your community with others through your contribution to what is being published on the internet about your community. A community has many voices, and those who are not aware of either your community or the diversity among your very own people should be likewise known.

I will be visiting Moscow with a friend from 12 Aug-16 Aug. Is it possible to find an informal tour guide who would show us some of the city as well as some entertainment or nightclubs. We would like something different than just seeing standard tourist sites, and would like to learn about people, politics, and the real city.
